First, the sad news. We are sad to report that Attorney Natalie Fierek has decided to leave our firm. Natalie will start her own firm in the near future and will present the details in her own fashion.
On a happier note, Tony West, the former compliance director with the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Board and a mediator with the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Board, has accepted a position with Klezmer Maudlin, P.C. and has started today, September 19th. Prior to the Worker’s Compensation Board, Tony worked for over 12 years with Chrysler Corporation in New Castle, Indiana. With the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Board, one of Tony’s primary positions was to ensure that Indiana Worker’s Compensation companies complied with the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Act. Tony also performed in excess of 150 mediations as an employee of the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Board. We are excited to have Tony join our office.
